Ramadhan On-Wheels (ROW) has been organised by the Malay Youth Literary Association (4PM) since the year 2000. ROW is an annual social and welfare service project. ROW is organized in the month of Ramadan as Ramadan is a holy and glorious month for the Muslims. It is a month of worship, the month of Al-Quran, and the month to multiply the manifold of worship and Iman. The dawn of Ramadan should be welcomed with deep sense of gratitude and humility. Other than completing the fast of Ramadan, we should also intensify accompanying charitable deeds like sharing food with our neighbours during the breaking of fast, involving in voluntary works, performing the meritorious Tarawih and Tadarus. (Source: MUIS) In line with the values of Ramadan, 4PM has chosen this month to send provisions, food hampers and vouchers to less privileged recipients, low-income families as well as elderly recipients of different ethnicities and religion. This project has outreached to an average of between 150- 170 beneficiaries annually with the assistance of our volunteers. Our volunteers come from all walks of life, race and religion.
